These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of and access to AI Revenue Stack. By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Product and Access
AI Revenue Stack is a digital collection of resources, templates, workflows, guides and related materials. Access is provided electronically. Third-party AI platforms, API credits, software subscriptions, hosting, automation services and other third-party charges are not included unless expressly stated.
3. License and Permitted Use
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the included resources for your own business and legitimate client work, subject to any resource-specific license supplied with the product.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, republish, give away, or make the product files or resources available to others unless a specific resource expressly grants those rights. You may not represent the underlying materials as a product you created where doing so would violate the applicable license.
5. Third-Party Services
Some resources may reference or work with third-party services such as AI tools, automation platforms, page builders, marketplaces or other software. Those services operate under their own pricing, limits, availability, policies and terms. We do not control them.
6. No Guaranteed Results
AI Revenue Stack provides tools and educational resources. We do not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, profits, rankings, advertising performance, business growth or any other particular result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
7. Payments and Refunds
AI Revenue Stack is a digital product with immediate access. All sales are final and no refunds are offered, except where required by applicable law. Purchases made through third-party marketplaces are also subject to applicable marketplace transaction terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Except for third-party materials and rights expressly granted to you, the product content, branding and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, replace or improve product resources when appropriate. We do not guarantee that third-party tools, integrations or services will remain unchanged or continuously available.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYNOSURE Infotech and ePlanetJAI.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the product or third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
